Fully Accredited Coaching Qualifications

We know it’s important to demonstrate the ROI when spending L&D budgets and that programmes are credible and robust. Our certificate is accredited by the Association for Coaching and the International Coach Federation so you know you’re investing in quality and your leaders CPD can continue beyond the programme.

Certificate Overview

The course is designed so you can attend while still holding down a demanding day job. The learning takes place either online or in person, so that everyone has the flexibility they require.

Our approach to your learning

  • Content is over 6 modules each roughly a day in duration but can be split to allow for time zones and organisational work patterns

  • All modules are live, interactive and contain a mix of practical exercises, frameworks and lots of opportunities to coach

  • There are short homework tasks set between modules to embed learning and develop knowledge

  • There is 1:1 supervision for each delegate to develop their coaching style and provide personal tuition

  • Each delegate will do 20 hours of coaching practice

  • As the programme is in-house, we build your cultural needs, current issues and DEI requirements into the programme.

What You Will Learn

The programme will run over 6 -12 months, depending on your organisational needs.  Paced to give you time to embed learning as well as to practice and develop coaching skills and style, the workshops have a strong emphasis on gaining practical experience alongside the theoretical learning.

Exploring Coaching

In this first in-depth session, you will gain a thorough understanding of the essence of coaching and develop some skills to get your coaching practice started

The Inner Coach

This session will help you develop your own inner confidence and self-awareness so that you can help others do the same

  • Developing self-awareness through strengths and values
  • Understanding self confidence for you and your coachees
  • An introduction to coaching supervision

The Psychology of Coaching

This module will help you take your coaching to another level by giving you the skills to understand people’s behaviour and the psychological theories that underpin the coaching process

  • Helping people shift their thinking

Building Your Coaching Toolkit

As your leaders develop their skills and build their practice hours, they will be keen to have more tools and techniques.  This session will give them the opportunity to explore new approaches

  • Evaluating and assessing your coachees

  • The role of feedback in coaching
  • An introduction to group coaching

Transformational Coaching

This session will continue to develop your skills and confidence in using coaching techniques to elicit lasting behavioural change and to improve performance.

Your Coaching Future

In this final session, we will help you prepare to take your coaching skills into the workplace.  During this last session each person will take part in an observed coaching session which will be assessed as part of the certificate success criteria.
