A word from our founder
The overwhelming feedback we receive from graduates is about how the programme contributes to their personal development and self-confidence, as well as how they do their jobs. Coach training will give you different choices in life and the chance to take another look at your career trajectory. It will give you the potential to create your own business, develop your leadership style and approach or add coaching as new area to an existing business.
We appreciate that both organisations and individuals face financial challenges and when that is the case, there is an opportunity to apply for our bursary.
I look forward to welcoming you to the programme.
Good Luck!

What Our Graduates Say about the Coach House Certificate
Graduates Testimonials
What was your biggest learning on the Coach House Certificate?
“That I don’t have to be an expert in my coachee’s business or field in order to add value as their coach.
That by the end I would have the confidence to call myself a coach! I went into the course with the belief that I was a strong manager and I was fascinated to learn what coaching was all about but if I am honest, I wasn’t certain if I was going to take it as far as I now want to. I am sure there is some forward momentum that I have created for myself but my conversations as a coach, my conversations with my fellow coachees and my interactions with Helen have given me a sense of self belief that I wasn’t fully anticipating. Being a coach makes me feel great and I truly want to get the best outcome for my clients.”
Jo, Senior Leader
What would you say to someone who is wondering whether to join the coach house certificate programme?
“If you want to complete a professional coaching qualification, accredited by the AC, which is delivered by top quality experts – all in a six month period – this is for you!
The course provides an excellent foundation in the tools and techniques of coaching theory and it is run in a safe and inclusive style that creates a supportive and mutually beneficial learning environment. I would definitely recommend it!
It’s time out that is worthwhile personally for dedicated individual learning time; professionally for reflection and oneself, one’s approach and one’s ability to develop techniques to support, enable and develop colleagues; and overall acquisition of a new skill to share and hone in the name of support and encouragement for others.”
Kate, HR Professional and parent
