Manager as coach is a one-day session, designed to introduce the core principles of coaching and demonstrate how it can be used by managers to get the best out of their teams.

This workshop provides all the tools for participants to build confidence and capability, allowing them to explore the coaching approach and build it into their management style.

Diversity & Inclusion

Creating an inclusive culture within your organisation is of paramount importance. Managers who are inclusive are able to appreciate difference, create mutual respect and inspiration, foster talent and create psychological safety within the team.

This workshop explores some of the elements that build those characteristics, including cultural and emotional intelligence and an understanding of bias and how it can show up at work.  It will help managers to identify micro messages and how to deal with them, and give them the building blocks to take the lead in creating an environment where everyone can flourish.
