Communication

Mastering your communication to your messages land effectively is such an important skill. Learn how to understand your natural style of communicating so that your messages land with the desired impact. Learn how to recognise the communication styles of others, and how to flex it to suit different audiences and stakeholders.

Coaching for Performance

Adopting a coaching style as a manager or leader is key skill in improving team performance. This module explores the difference between coaching and mentoring, and when to use them. Attendees will learn how to master the art of listening, questioning skills and coaching techniques to develop performance and lasting behavioural change.

Collaboration

Greater collaboration leads to greater teamwork, so what is it that stops us? Learn how to identify what it is that gets in the way and techniques to improve our ways of working together.  This workshop explores what collaboration means in practice and looks at the role of the manager in building a better collaboration process within your teams.

Courageous Conversations

Facing challenging conversations or delivering feedback is sometimes tricky, yet knowing how to tackle these things is key to better collaboration and productivity.


Participants will learn tactics and techniques for holding difficult conversations and learn how and when to deliver feedback effectively, as well as how neuroscience can effect the giving and receiving of feedback.

Productivity

In a world where busy is sometimes a badge of honour, learn how to define what is important and how to prioritise when everything seems urgent.


Delegates will come away with practical tips on identifying and preventing time hijackers, learn how to make the most of their time and how to run meetings effectively.

The Inclusive Manager

Creating an inclusive culture within your organisation is of paramount importance. Managers who are inclusive are able to appreciate difference, create mutual respect and inspiration, foster talent and create psychological safety within the team.


This workshop explores some of the elements that build those characteristics, including cultural and emotional intelligence and an understanding of bias and how it can show up at work.  It will help managers to identify micro messages and how to deal with them, and give them the building blocks to take the lead in creating an environment where everyone can flourish.

Emotional Intelligence at Work

This module examines what emotional intelligence really is, and how to use it as a manager to build great relationships within the team and with other stakeholders.

Attendees will learn tools and techniques to manage their emotions and those of others, and practical tips on how to manage different personality traits to develop resilient and agile teams.

Brand You

Personal branding has never been more important. Knowing how to define your brand to build emotional and intellectual connections is paramount in today’s professional landscape.

This workshop will help delegates bring the best version of themselves to work, explain how to act with purpose, deliver impact, and how to create a personal brand to amplify their performance and stand out from the crowd.

Beyond the Brief

In this module delegates will learn ways to super-charge rapport building both in person and virtually. The session explores how to develop a deeper knowledge of clients and stakeholders and maximise those connections to add value, consult and sell upwards.
