Catalyst is a modular programme designed to help future leaders hone their skills for the challenges ahead. Each module has been designed to help delegates develop insight into their leadership style and strengths and become a catalyst for positive change.

Confidence

Confidence in ourselves and our abilities begets trust from our teams, but self confidence ebbs and flows, so what happens when we aren’t firing on all cylinders? This module explores the origins of our confidence, the pitfalls of imposter syndrome and how we can fake it until we become it.

Collaboration

What does true collaboration really look like in teams – to give you a clue its not just working well together. Workplace collaboration is the cornerstone of building great teams – we need it to brainstorm new ideas, complete challenging projects, and achieve department/company goals.

Courage

How does courage show up at work? Courage is an essential interpersonal skill that is sorely lacking in the workplace. From asking the right questions, knowing how to pick the right battles, being assertive and knowing how to say no are all key. issues.

Become adept at recognising the power of courage and bravery at work, and the techniques to have tough conversations and help others find their voice.

Change

The only constant is change – how many times have we heard that? Rapid, constant and disruptive change is now the norm, and what succeeded in the past is no longer a guide to what will succeed in the future. The challenge is to be able to work effectively in a VUCA world (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous).
