This first session will identify and confirm your strengths using a profiling tool that explores how your mindset affects behaviour, culture, and results.

You will consider and understand the difference between stretch and overdrive and how to play to your strengths so that you understand how to ‘show up’ in different situations. You will also receive feedback that can be used to create your individual goals for the programme.
Personal branding has never been more important . We all know that your brand is what people say about you when you’re not in the room (thanks Mr Bezos!) but with the increasing importance of social sites such as LinkedIn, knowing how to define your brand to build emotional and intellectual connections is paramount.

Learn how to create your own personal branding toolkit and amplify your performance, and to stand out from the crowd.

An understanding and appreciation of your own response to change and how to manage it in others. You will explore the neuroscience of decision making and create live plans to work on leading the change in your own business.
