Red10, a stalwart programme in our leadership portfolio here at BD, because it’s simply one of the best workshops out there for training new and established leaders.
The five modules of Red10 are powerful standalone sessions and each one builds on the RED10 approach, strengthening and embedding leadership behaviours as you go. Your leaders will share ideas, discuss current issues, and consider how the key learnings could work in real life scenarios.
The five modules include:
• Strength In Leadership
• Developing A Coaching Mindset
• Powerful Conversations
• Leading Through Change
• Building & Maintaining A High-Performance Team
This first session will identify and confirm your strengths using a profiling tool that explores how your mindset affects behaviour, culture, and results.
You will consider and understand the difference between stretch and overdrive and how to play to your strengths so that you understand how to ‘show up’ in different situations. You will also receive feedback that can be used to create your individual goals for the programme.
Personal branding has never been more important . We all know that your brand is what people say about you when you’re not in the room (thanks Mr Bezos!) but with the increasing importance of social sites such as LinkedIn, knowing how to define your brand to build emotional and intellectual connections is paramount.
Learn how to create your own personal branding toolkit and amplify your performance, and to stand out from the crowd.
As a leader you. need to give and receive feedback - to deliver the good, the bad, and sometimes the ugly and continue to build great relationships.
This module stimulates thinking around our responses to feedback, how we motivate and inspire people using the power of our words. You will spend time practicing different approaches and techniques that work in the real world!
The only constant in business right now is change and this module will help develop your style to lead in a VUCA world.
An understanding and appreciation of your own response to change and how to manage it in others. You will explore the neuroscience of decision making and create live plans to work on leading the change in your own business.
Knowing how to keep your teams engaged with their purpose and with each other is key to any successful department.
In this module we will discuss how to spot the high potentials in your team and to develop retention strategies when budgets are tight and talent is scarce.
