Lynne Cooper

Lynne, an Accredited Master Executive Coach, has coached leaders and senior teams to high performance for over 20 years.

She is an accredited coaching supervisor, trains coaches and managers in coaching skills and is a leading developer of Clean Coaching approaches including the Five-Minute Coach.

A specialist in communications and influence, Lynne is Managing Partner at Change Perspectives. She has held board roles, including UK Vice Chair, for the Association of Coaching (AC), and is an Honorary Life Member of the AC.

Jo Smith

Jo is a well-qualified and highly experienced coach and trainer. Having spent a lifetime in learning and development, Jo is accredited as a Master Executive Coach and a trained coach supervisor.

Nick Cromwell

A highly experienced executive coach and coach supervisor with extensive experience across a broad range of business sectors, Nick provides individual supervision for trainees in the Coach House programme and facilitates group supervision for Coach House graduates.

He sees coaching supervision as an opportunity for coaches to receive emotional support, to evaluate the service they provide to their clients and to develop new skills. It’s also fun!
