Manager as coach is a one-day session, designed to introduce the core principles of coaching and demonstrate how it can be used by managers to get the best out of their teams.
This workshop provides all the tools for participants to build confidence and capability, allowing them to explore the coaching approach and build it into their management style. At the end of the workshop they will commit to coaching actions with their team so that everything they have learned can be applied immediately.
