A one-day session, designed to introduce the core principles of coaching and demonstrate how it can be used by managers to get the best out of their teams. This workshop provides all the tools for participants to build confidence and capability.

Leader as Coach

Leaders need skills to inspire, empower and build performance capability in their teams. This short, practical, modular programme, is recognised by the Association for Coaching in the UK and is our best–selling workshop aimed at senior managers and leaders.

Your leadership cohort will take part in an initial group coaching session to set their intention and create their individual Dare Development Plan (DDP). They will attend 5 interactive live sessions (virtual) with tailored relevant self-study between sessions.
